How to build Customer ZHR-Programmes for structural authorizations

Dear experts,

We are uisng Personnel Area as restrcition for ZHR Programs / reports till now. We are trying to build Org unit restrictions using structural authrorizations. Now we are encountering problems with Custom/ z programs and reports.

1) How to build ZHR Programs / Reports using Org unit as restrcition instead of Personnel Area.

Pls provide some inputs.

hi Indirapriyanka,

as long as you're using i.e. HR_READ_INFOTYPE in the reports, (structural) authorizations will always be taken into account.

Use function module RH_STRUC_GET and suitable evaluation paths to determine authorizations.
