Need to update the MDM_JAVA_WD_FRAMEWORK.sca

I am new to SAP MDM however we are stating development. We are currently at MDM version 7.1 SP08 however when I looked at the nwa/sysinfo I noticed that the framework sca is still at version 4.43 (all the other scas are correct). I guess that is why the development documents don't match my reality.

I now have the correct verion of the framework sca. but I have no idea how to get it installed.

Can anyone help me with this?
