Change source inspection UD "Usage Decision" and after goods receipt

Dear Experts,

My customer activate source inspection for some raw materials. He creates inspection lot manually from QI07 with relevant to PO. Made result recording and UD.

Consequently inventory user can make goods receipt.

After we make goods receipt, system allows to change UD from Accepted to Rejected. which is logically Risky.

Are there any logic for it or can we restrict user to take this action ?!

Dear Ahmed

Its a standard functionality that you can change the UD code.

Ur requirement is that once UD is done , it cannot be changed.

With the help of Basis team, remove the authorization rights of QA12.or you can use the user exit QEVA0010 UD: Usage decision check  for it also if you require other conditions also.
