Error: No operating time entered for the work center...Message no. CN877

Hi all,

While creating service order from notification (Repair at site process) ...

after entering the work hours and no employees I am getting this error...

I have maintained data from work center PC-SERV in my work center BMW_1.....

Please suggest me the solution for this...

Have you maintained the time in assigned work center capacity tab for the labor category??

Hi,

Just check start , finish, and length of breaks is added in the work center at the header

Operating time in the work center is calculated based on the START , FINISH and Length of Breaks

if Start  time is 8 AM

  Finish time is 17

and length of break is 1 hour

then the operating time will be 8 ( 9-1Hr)

Diagnosis
The unit you entered for calculating work is smaller than "day".The system requires the operating time that is defined in the workcenter.
However, no operating time was maintained for the work center youassigned to the activity.

System Response
The system will calculate work based on an operating time of 24 hours
