still awaiting acknowledgment in SXMB_MONI

Hi All,

We have MDM to CRM scenario...IDoc at receiver side..we are sending ack to MDM aftr IDocs are getting added into CRM.... MDM to CRM status flag in moni is successful... but success with still awaiting acknowledgment is there for CRM to MDM....

Pls suggest why this error is.... payload is not updating in MDM back instead it is going in exception folder of MDM.........

payload is not updating in MDM back instead it is going in exception folder of MDM.........

this could happen because of various reasons.

lets consider you have table in mdm and first field is mandatory. if you send message to mdm without first field then it throw an exception. then you will not be able to import into MDM table.

they are 3 types exceptions.

import,structural and value.

i would advice to get it touch with MDM team to know more about the exception.
