Connecting SAP HANA Info Access in IPAD: HTTP408/409 Server Busy error

Hi All,

I am trying to connect SAP HANA Info Access app on IPAD to our HANA system which is in Amazon.

I have done the settings as given in setup guide and using http connection.

When i try to check whether it is working it or not through browser, i am getting the below error.

"HTTP 408/409 server busy"

We are on HANA SP5, Rev 48.

i was able to connect to my HANA Server using the connections details as below

SAP HANA Platform : i used the ip address

Port : 8000

Use Encryption off

before that i have configured my hana server following the info access guide

i was able to connect successfully, but i'm not able to generate any Perspective

was you able to fix that issue?

Hi,

I have access to SAP HANA Cloud, So can I connect SAP Info Access App to this Cloud environment.
