Good Morning Zeeshan,
Yes. It is possible to review the changes performed in MDM but there are pre-requisites to achieve this. The Change Tracking table is a system table with a predefined set of fields and records that are not directly visible in MDM Console. Each change record is created automatically by MDM when the value of any field that you are tracking is changed, providing an audit log of changes within the system.
NOTE:- For each change, MDM records the date, the time, the user who made the change, the old value, and the new value.
Viewing the change records themselves requires the separate Change Tracker application. For more information about the Change Tracker and the information it displays, see the Change Tracker Application Guide. Please refer the following link for detailed explanation on how to configure, connect, deploy & track.

The Change Tracker tracks changes on MDM tables and fields. The level of change tracking, and which tables and fields to track, are configurable in the MDM Console. If you enable change tracking in the MDM Console, MDM triggers the opening of a new database and writes all record changes to this database. The MDM change tracking feature allows the user to monitor any modification made to their master data repository and to receive useful information regarding this change. Examples are: modification date, time, the user who made the change, and so on).
The MDM Change Tracker is a Web Dynpro application that provides a convenient UI for displaying and viewing changes stored in the MDM Change History database table, A2i_CM_History. You can access the MDM Change Tracker application (Change Tracker) via the SAP Portal, MDM Data Manager, or as a stand-alone application.
NOTE :You can only change the settings for the Change Tracking table for an MDM repository that is mounted and stopped/unloaded.
CAUTION : Enabling change tracking can dramatically degrade MDM system performance when records are modified.
Hope this answers your query! Please let us know if any queries/concerns.
Regards,
Ali
