Auto change manager determination based on categorization schema CHARM 7.1 sps04 steps required

Hi Solution Manager Experts,
 
Hope you all are doing fine. CHARM is setup (standard scenario SM 71 SPS 04). What additional customer is looking here in our case is -
 
1) Automatic determination of change manager and change advisory board based on the categorization schema entered in request for change. This helps to avoid manual selection of change manager/change advisory board while request for change is created and restricts access to intended approvers only.
 
2) A 4 Level approval procedure (major changes requires more than 15 days) is setup for customer works well and in a sequence.

When it comes to approval intimation notification to these approvers a notification sequence is to be maintained  which i think is not going to happen as the status of document is not going to change till all approvals are done or notification on each save would create many notifications unnecessarily, so any other thoughts ??
 
Please share any such experience with steps followed to achieve the above said configuration.

Hi There ,

While going through available documentation i realized above scenario would be achieved by either maintaining a BRF plus rule or using a Rule modeler, however still not working.

Any other thoughts ???
