Printer Issue

Hi All ,

          We are facing a strange issue with one of our printer 'A' . Printing works for some time and it does not print after certain period of time.We can see spool generated with green status and no print happens. Printing happens fine during start of the day ,but after 3 4 hours it does not print anything. We triggered print from Workstation's MS word and it is fine. we also triggered print to other printer 'B' from that same workstation and it works. Problem is only with Printer 'A'  and with that workstation. When we restart that work station printing happens fine.

         We could arrive at what is cause of this issue ?is it O.S related issue or SAP issue?

HI Srinivas,

It seems to be a Printer issue. I dont think its SAP issue. There can be some setting on the Printer or User which must be restricting the printing after certain time or after certain # of prints.
