No Endpoints registered for XI_IDOC_DEFAULT_PID on PI SystemID

0 Kudos

Hi,

We are on PI 7.31 java only stack. I am trying to send an IDOC from ECC to PI with all the configurations done as per : http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-34155 ,http://scn.sap.com/people/william.li/blog/2011/05/04/configuring-pi-730-java-idoc-adapter and other blogs as well.

The IDoc is succesfully created but stuck in SM58 of ECC, with the error being :  No Endpoints registered for XI_IDOC_DEFAULT_PID on "PISystemID_instance" .

Can someone please let me know the solution.

Regards,

lakshmi.

Hi Lakshmi,

What is the program id you have provided in NWA?

Please check if same program id is created in Jco RFC Provider in NWA.

Also check if ICO is active in PI.

Test RFC destination in SM59 and check if unicode is enabled in RFC destination.

Check this link:

http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-34155

Hi Beena,

i have the sam problem with...

SM59 -> ok

WE21 & WE20 -> ok

NWA - destination -> works

NWA - inboundra -> ok

NWA - JCO -> ok

buit when i try to send an Idoc to PI i become "No Endpoints registered for XI_IDOC_DEFAULT_PID"

have you any other idea?

Hi,

Caution : Do Not Create JCO RFC Provider- if the Prog ID gets registered from both InboundRA and JCO RFC Provider then, again SM58 error will appear "ASjb..."

-> Remove the JCO RFC Provider

Please confirm following details

Inbound RA Properties

1. gw service- sapgw<instance num of AEX>

2. gw server - host of AEX

3. max thread count - 5 or 10

4. destination- XI_IDOC_DEFAULT_DESTINATION

5. local - true

6. Please keep Binding Key as the default - PI_AAE_IDOC ( do not change this).....

SM59

1. Connection test -> result status 200 OK

if yes then check Unicode is checked in Unicode tab.

If this is satisfied then hopefully all should work fine.. if this doesn't work out then simple test-

Create a manual channel Sender IDOC channel with all details of ECC system. monitor the channel and ping it. If it says - connected to backend with green status then using same default channel in the ICO trigger IDOC

hope u succeed.
