Hi All,

open delivery documents ( 2 and 3 years old dockets) are archived but credit values are still sitting in customer credit account.Now we need to bring down the sales value in the customer credit account.

I need your help to bring down the sales value in the credit customer account  with out using S067 table editing Please suggest me if any sap notes are available for this.

2) standand system archive rule - open salesorder and open delivery dockets also archive ? please help me out from  this circumstances.If any sap notes are available please suggest me.
