Dear how to find in active customers list

ex : i gave given open items  days 3 months in ova8

suppose if i want to know which customers are not paying money for nearly 3 months then how to find inactive customers list or give me any table

Hello Geetha,

Technically Inactive Customers means the Customers who have done no transactions (Sales / Payments) with business since long time.

While what you need is the list of Customoers who have not made any payments since last three months.

For this I believe FBL5N will be a good report for get the necessary details.

Secondly you can also approach your FI Consultant. He can pull data of Incoming Payments from relevant tables & get the list of Customers who have paid in last three months. Which will means that all the others Customers have not paid.

Also try T-Code FD11 which will give Analysis for Customer's Account.

Hi,

Check FBL5N here give the customer and select the cleared Items. You will when is the last payment from there you can get the results.
