Customer vendor integration using synchronisation cockpit: sales views

Hi,

we are using FICA - X (Standalone).

We need to replicate MKK Business partners to Customers.

Which other role do we need to assign to the  business partner to replicate the company code and sales area data?

Hi,

Whenever you create MKK business partner, it will create with the same number in SAP SD as customer master with only the general Data and company code data in which you have created MKK business partner provided if you have activated the reference customer in the master data

Hi!

you are totally right, but that is my problem!

Your sentence "provided if you have activated the reference customer in the master data" is the key: I do not have a field to indicate the reference customer.

Do you know how to include this field? This would solve all our issues.

HI,

We had faced same issue and we created "X" customer in R/3 and maintain it as reference value in following config.

I hope your issue would have resolved by now. If not, you may refer following approach.

SAP Utilities --> Business Partner --> Settings for creating Standard Customers--> Maintain Parameters for creating Reference Customer in Standard System.
