Processor value disappears after clicking refresh button in SAP SRM portal of Purchase Order

Hello SRM Team,

I am facing an issue in the purchase order of SRM portal.

Processor value disappears when i click on refresh button.

For reference attaching the image of the issue.

Please try give me the reason for this issue

Hi Swetha,

It seems to be the standard SAP issue provided if you done any customization in that .

Pl refer the following OSS notes.

Note 1397856 - When requestor edits a cart, the adhoc approvers disappear.

Note 1674472 - Adhoc approver disappears for saved purchasing document
