Good day! How can i restrict editing of client info to the user of tcode VL01N? is there any possible way so that i can restrict it?

You can also try with badi LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC, method CHANGE_FIELD_ATTRIBUTES. Read the documentation, changing the values in CT_FIELD_ATTRIBUTES for any name you could achieve it.

when our warehouse staff access the vl01n, she will put the shipping point and the sales order number, then he will enter, then it will turn in outbound delivery create: overview on the ship to party when he click the icon beside that they can edit the file there, how can i prevent that?

I don't think so we have any standard Authorization object for this. May I know why business wants to restrict to change the ship to party address?

The address whatever you change will not have impact on ship to party customer master data.
