Oracle 10.2.0.5 OUI got error when I apply patchset

Hello,

I am upgrading Oracle 10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.5 during that OUI has given below issue.

The server has two databases and running with diff SID. OUI is trying to install 10.2.0.5 patch set on the server

INFO: Exception thrown from action: Spawn

Exception Name: RuntimeException

Exception String: An error occurred during runtime.

Exception Severity: 0

Can some one help on this?

Hi,

      Please check whether you are running the PATCH with administrator access or SIDADM.

If you are using SIDADM user, please add SIDADM user to your adminstrator gourp and try again.

Secondly, please set the environmental variable for TEMP is set ?? if not, please set the environmental variable to administrator user and log off and login back and try again.

I checked 841728 but I could not see exact prob and solution here..
