While activating Planning area error in SCM 7.0

Hi APO experts,

While activating planning area in demo system in scm 7.0 we are gettin error internal /sapapo/om_ts_change_tg. Please advise how to solve this issue.

Hello,

You'll need to do a de-initialization of the planning area, and then re-initialize it again.

Since de-initializing will cause time series data loss, please do backup and restore when necessary.

Dear Srini

This problem has o occurred because liveCache has not been initialized  correctly.

To rectify the problem please initialize the liveCache with transaction LC10. After liveCache is initialized successfully the two required SQL  tables will be created in liveCache by the report  /SAPAPO/DELETE_LC_ANCHORS that has been specified as liveCache init follow up report (see transaction LC10   > button 'Integration'   > tab 'Administration report').http://www.benx.de/en(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/index.do?onInputProcessing(brai_object_detail)&sysid=WD5&pgm...

Please also ensure that the checks indicated in the second tab of transaction /SAPAPO/OM13 shows green lights.

                                                                        

This should solve the problem.

Hello Srini,

Can you try running consistency check for Live cache from transaction /sapapo/om17.

This should help you in getting the solution.

Srini - Since it is Demo system , try to re-start LIVE CACHE (i.e stop and start) via LC10, which will rebuild all the relevant tables.

Transaction LC10->Name of Database connection ("LCA" or relevant one )->Click liveCache Monitoring -> Administration -> Operating -> Click "Stop livecache" once RED status apprears ,click "Start Live cache" and ensure the Operating status is GREEN now.

Post this try to activate your Planning area.
