We are getting below error at the time of provisioning only in the case of Change Account request type.
“Company address cannot be selected
Specify a valid country indicator
Specify a valid country indicator”

What settings do you have in the EUP.?
Also can you check your Company Address Configuration in SUCOMP for country for the system you are provisioning to?

In Marketplace there is note: Note 1481743 - Error "Company address cannot be selected"
This seems to cover your issue and reason why I asked what your SUCOMP configuration was.
I would recommend you ensure the Company (not Company Code) in SUCOMP is the same across all of the systems connected to GRC.
