Adhoc Reviewer is Disappeared in Next approval Level in PCW

Hi All,

I have developed process controlled workflow, and at creation I have added an adhoc approver to the document in SRM. But in the process level the value in the processor field is missing.  Rest all the values exist as it is ( like Reviewer Type and Received on etc).

Please guide me to fix the issue.

Pl refer the following OSS notes.

Note 1397856 - When requestor edits a cart, the adhoc approvers disappear.

Note 1674472 - Adhoc approver disappears for saved purchasing document
