How to mass create contact person for vendor in SUS

Dear SAP experts,

We are in SRM 7.01 with backend ECC 6.05. We are deploying classic scenario. In the first release we are not using SUS. However in the next release of our project we are implementing SUS. The variant that we're using is MM-SUS (as we are using classic scenario).

We already have many contact person for vendor in SRM. How can we create user id vendor in SUS? Is there a tool to do mass upload? Or even better a tool to create user id in SUS based on user id vendor in SRM. In SRM, the vendor master number is the same with ECC, but the number will be different in SUS.

Mostly the contact person replication works from SUS to SRM to enable contact persons to work on RFX response.

However in SRM 7.01 there is an option to mass replicate contact persons from SRM to SUS.

Report /SAPSRM/REPLICATE_BIDDERS exists in SRM 7.01 to replicate Bidders/Suppliers and their contact persons for Decoupled Bidding (RFX Response submission outside Firewall) scenario.

This assumes you have a separate instances of SRM and SUS ( not sure if it works if they are on same instance).

But in your case since you have a setup of MM-SUS and replicating your Vendors from MM to SUS, I don't think you can make direct use of this report unless you plan to replicate vendors from SRM to SUS (tcode BBP_SP_SUPP_INI) and then replicate the contact persons using /SAPSRM/REPLICATE_BIDDERS .

You may try creating a Z report based on this standard report and make it work.

This is an option. May be there are other ways to make this happen.
