Hi,
We are planning to upgrade our SAP solution manager system from Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 ( Stack 28 ) to Solution manager 7.1.
This requires us to create a stack file in MOPZ.
We clicked on " Create New Maintenance transaction".
Then selected the product version: SAP Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1.
Then selected Product system & selected SID.
But only ' Maintenance ' button is displayed whereas the ' Upgrade ' buton is missing.
Also, I can see the upgrade button for other systems in my landscape.
Can you please provide us some suggestions in resolving this issue .. ??

Hi Manoj,
we have exactly the same problem (SM701 --> SM71 upgrade).
Upgrade radio button does not appear in MOPZ.

There seems to be some inconsistency in your product system data in SMSY.
