Is there a way Infostructure can be updated manually

Hi All,

Our info structure was working fine untill last month. and today i could not see any data for the month of Mar 2013 .

what are all the reason an infostructure will fail or prevent from being getting updated.

below  are the fields my infostructure contains when executed.

Can you please let me know for what reasons?

A info record will not be updated.?

Any manual availble for  infostructure in PDF ,please share?

how to check ,what went wrong ,is there any tcode available to check when ever an infostructure does not update.

Also IS THERE A WAY TO UPDATE INFOSTRUCTURE MANUALLY VIA SOME TCODE OR PROGRAM ?

Have you checked if there is any settings changed by any user or not? Are you saying updation was stopped without any changes?

Moazzam,

from the past 5 days there were no data, No one changed any settings .

Fortunately when i checked today i could find that the data is available ,but when i check the config in OMO1.

Period Split : Shows --> Monthly

and in the Updating Area it shows -->No Updating .How to resolve this.

yet after getting data , the recent billing document is not updated in infostructure ?how to view when a infostructure was lastly updated?

Thanks , Is there a way we can know how an info structure got updated .

The program which updated the info structrue an date & time of last updation.

upon what Settings an info structure wil be updated, because my infostructure some times update and some times do not.

Pls suggest.

I checked my Info structure and it is getting updated from another info structure .

But it is getting updated in one day, dont know why it is taking  a day to update

how to know whether any bacth job available for info structure or not?

Hi Guys,

Below is the solution we found.

There has been a background job(for copy routine) to copy the info structure from one infostruct. to another.

we executed again , and it si now working perfect.
