Where is info about reverse after resrrv

Hi experts,

I post my contract by  run Sales-Based Rent Settlement (resrse), it was mistake,  and next I reverse this operation by
transaction resrrv. But can’t see reverse in any report. Could anyone help me?

Hi Stenwa,

Once the Sales-Based Rent Settlement been reversed, there will be no standard report to check the log information.   the records will be deleted from the table VISRSTATUS and VICASTEPSTATUS.

But you can check the table VICAPROCESSID with the settlement ID, there is a flag "FLG_REVERSAL", it will checked on once it reversed.

You've helped me partly. Do you know table with contracts which are connected with settlement ID? Sometimes I reverse only contract not whole settlement. Could you help me?

Dear Stenwa,

Firstly, please check the table VISRSTATUS with field INTRENO.

(you can get the INTRENO information for contract from table VICNCN)

From table VISRSTATUS, you will get the field PROCESSGUID.

and you can use the field PROCESSGUID to check value in table VICAPROCESSID.

And in this table VICAPROCESSID, with PROCESSGUID, you will get the settlement ID.

You answered me for my question, but I have new problem in topic TABLE.

I found  settlement for contract.

Now I’am looking for the opposite: I have  settlement of contracts and I want to find contracts, but I have problem.

I have field PROCESSGUID in table VICAPROCESSID, connect it with table VICASTEPSTATUS. In
table VISRSTATUS I haven’t this GUID. In table VICNCN I haven’t field to connect table VICASTEPSTATUS.

Maybe I haven’t connection. Could you help me?

Hi Stenwa,

There is no field INTRENO in table VICASTEPSTATUS.

Please use the field PROCESSGUID from table VICAPROCESSID, which can used to connect with table VISRSTATUS and VICASTEPSTATUS.   

and use INTRENO in table VISRSTATUS, which will connection with table VICNCN.

If you cannot found records from table VISRSTATUS and VICASTEPSTATUS with PROCESSGUID from table VICAPROCESSID, please check whether the settlement have been reversed?
