MCSI - Formula not working

Hi Experts,

We are running MCSI report.

Client wants Net sales to be calculated based on  formula =Sales - Credit Memo-Invoice Freight Charges + Credit Memo Freight.

Values should be calculated  from Info structure S501

Our technical person created formula 610 & we are assigning it with T code MC25 but it is not fetching the values as per formula.

Kindly guide how Net sales column should be updated as per formula.

Since the routine is customized routine, you need to take the help of ABAPer and check why the value is not flowing correctly.
