ABAP queue check failed

Hi,

We are downloading support pack stack through MOPZ for our solution manager development system using SOLMAN 7.0 EHP1.

While doing so we are getting the below error:

The Installation/Upgrade Package for Add-on ST-SER rel. 700_2005_2 is not available.

ABAP queue check failed.

I have also attached a screenshot for this.

Can you please advice how to resolve this error ?

Are you able to see this add-on for the system in SMSY? What is the level over there?

Hi Jagadish,

I can see this add-on in SMSY & the release for this add-on is 701_2010_1 & SP level is 11.

But the error we are getting in MOPZ is for Add-on ST-SER rel. 700_2005_2

How can this inconsistency be removed..??

Jagadish this note is for ST 400 22 to 23. Our ST level is 18.
