Hi,
When I run the report AI_SDK_REPORT_EFFORT, the system returns an error message BC008 "No appointment types were found in the language EN". I come to SPRO Maintain Appointment Types, but I have no clue what should I do.

In IMG "Maintain Appointment Types", add entries for SRQ_TOT_DUR, SRQ_WORK_DUR, SMIN_CU_DURA, SRV_RR_DURA...i.e, these are the durations you use in conjunction with your SLA profile (in IMG "Define Settings for Durations").
After maintain, run AI_SDK_REPORT_EFFORT report again.
