MPT Exceeded when status is Closed or Cancelled

Hi,

We'd like to request for your help in determining the reason why we get an MPT Exceeded status as soon as we set a ticket to Closed or Cancelled even if the MPT is not yet totally consumed.  That is, the Due By date/time is still on a future date/time.
