BOM is not getting exploded in sales order

Hi,

Please find my current requirement.

BOM level	Material type	Material	Scheduling	MTS/MTO	Planning situation
.1	FINISHED PRODUCT	IL1	In house production time = 5 days	MTO	No stock
..2	SUB ASSEMBLY	IL11	In house production time = 5 days	MTO	No stock
…3	SUB CONTRACTING	IL111	Planned delivery time = 10 days	MTO	No stock
….4	COMPONENT	IL1111	Planned delivery time = 60 days	MTO	Stock available on another special stock number
….4	COMPONENT	IL1112	Planned delivery time = 10 days	MTS	Stock available
..2	SUB ASSEMBLY	IL12	In house production time = 20 days	MTO	No stock
…3	COMPONENT	IL121	Planned delivery time = 10 days	MTS	Purchase order delivery date at D + 20
…3	COMPONENT	IL122	Planned delivery time = 100 days	MTS	Purchase order delivery date at D + 40
..2	SUB ASSEMBLY	IL13	In house production time = 20 days	MTS	Stock available

This is a clubbed requirement of Availability check with BOM Materials.

Currently the AV check is working fine for Individual line items.

This is related to Multilevel BOM.

IL1 is having the Sub items IL11, IL111, IL1111

Again Sub items having further sub items

IL11-     IL12, IL13

IL111-     IL121, IL122

IL1111-     IL1112

We maintained the BOM Masters in CS02 transaction in the above mentioned way.

We maintained the Item categories in the following way

IL1-     ZUMF

IL11-     ZUMF

IL111-     ZUMF

IL1111-     ZUMF

IL12-     ZORM

IL13-     ZORM

IL121-     ZORM

IL122-     ZORM

IL1112-    ZORM

Maintained the Item category determination

ZOR     ZUMF     ---------     ZKT3

ZOR     ZUMF     ZKT3      ZTSD

ZOR     ZORM     ZKT3     ZTSD

Maintained Structure scope B ( Explode multilevel BOM) for Item category ZKT3

But in the sales order the BOM item IL1 is not getting exploded.

Is there anything wrong in the configurations?

Please provide your valuable inputs.

My problem is resolved, the BOM is exploding now in the sales order

I maintained the Item categories as

ZOR     ZUMF     ---------     ZKT3

ZOR     ZUMF     ZKT3      ZTSD

ZOR     ZORM     ZKT3     ZTSD

ZOR     ZORM     ZTSD     ZBOM

Made all the BOM materials as Sales relevent in CS02 BOM Master data in the Item data Status/Long text tab.
