How to add User defined Actions and status in CHaRM standard workflow

Dear Team mates,

I am implementing Service Desk and CHaRM in SOLMAN 7.1 SP06

My client wants to have intermediate user statuses in CHaRM workflow.

For example : 'Approval for Quality Transport', 'Set to ABAP development' etc.

I have tried it configuring in SPRO > SAP Solution Manager > Capabilities > Change Management > Transaction Types > Status Administration > Define Status Profile for User Status . (TRN Code - CRMBS02)

The configured statuses are displayed in status field but the appropriate actions are not getting displayed.

Nor the appropriate actions are triggering the automatic status changes to the newly configured status.

I am unable to understand the missing link.

Pl guide.

please refer to ChaRM configuration guide given below:

http://service.sap.com/instguides. select solution manager and u get configuration guides for both service desk and charm.

Thanks Imran for your suggestion.

Currently I am using "Incident Management Config Guide - 7.1 SOLMAN" and "CHaRM_Config and UpgGrd_11_SOLMAN_7.1 SP05" guides for Service Desk and CHaRM resp.

But still I could not get the desired answers in them. May be I am unable to correlate the information provided in the guide with my scenario.

Appreciate if you can guide me in this regard.
