Problem in LIS info structure S831

Hi all,

I have problem in my info structure S831 updating value.

when i execute transaction MCSI->S831 and enter all relevant information, and i choose period 02/2013 vaule is appearing baed on my selection.

when i enter 03/2013 in the perid, the vaule is not appearing.

My Characteristics value.

Sales organization

Sales employee

Country of Dest.cust

Sold-to party

Product hierarchy

Material

My Key figure

Invoiced sales

Turn Over (USD)

Invoiced quantity

Net weight

Update

T.Over Loc.Currency

In Transaction OMO1 parameter set like:

Period split : month and updating : No updating.

I have checked in SE16 table S831 for month of march, no data available, but for month of feb data is appearing.

I have two question:

1. if i select in OMO1 transaction period split as month and updating as no updating, will the data upload in table S831 monthly once or we need to upload through any backround process?

2. what is teh differece between No updating, synchronous updating and asynchronous updating.

Try once with asynchronous updating. in OMO1 to your info structure S831 and see the result

i couldnt able to change the noupdating to Asynchronous updating. the parameter was grayed out.

How to change that one.

Hi,

There is no updating button in OMO1 transaction. That updating button available in MC24 transaction.

But in my info structure S831, we didnt use this transaction MC24(Mean No automatic update).

We have used copy management functionality, in transaction MCSZ.

If Source structure get updated in table, target should update automatically.

But this is not happening properly. some time it will update data on daily basis, some time it will update weekly once. Where should i need to check to find, At what basis system updating data to target info structure.
