MD04 stock available but not possible to assign it to sales orders

Hi,

we have in stock 2pcs of a material A.

In MD04 we have two sales order one for 2pcs and the other one also for 2pcs.

When we try to assign by availability check these 2pcs to one of the above sales order, system doesn't allow to do it.

Cannot understand why this happens as the stock is available in the storage location

Understood that the 2 qty in MD04 is not getting confirmed for either of the two reported sales orders.

The stock in MD04 gives the list of requirements for a material. The qty 2 shown in the MD04 may be reserved for any other sales order. Also check the CO09 transaction which gives the correct picture of the availability of the material in a given plant.

Also check in MMBE if the stock is already is reserved for other sales orders.

Let me know if you still face any issues regarding this...

Sometimes requirements get stuck - a known issue for all SAP versions.

Run program SDRQCR21 for the plant and material.

Hi,

Can you check if you have any open orders for the same material. If so, run the back order processing and assign the stock to the required Sales order.V_ra

Dear as per my knowledge what i understood is You have created 2 sales orders

one is for 2 pcs and another 2 pcs

now system not allowing to create delivery for 2 pcs Right

Just check below

1) Reason for rejection

2) in line item level Just check Partial delivery check box should be Blank

3) check shedul lines are confirmed or not in schedul lines

4) Check update field in copy control

5) check in vov7 Complete reference check box should be empty

6) Check item type should be empty IN vov7

7) check same date given in vl01n as you have given in sales order level what u have given
