Dear All,
Created S.O, copied the first 3 items from Quotation and add up manually the 4th items.,
Delivery is expected to be 1, but it is split due to different header in Ship to Party.
The 4th item if you can see, the tick is there for Ship to Address partner.
Because of this we cant able to change the ship to party from header level, Kindly assist why the ship to party item partner get activated

see do you want to send the delivery to same ship to party or different ship to party?
if you have two ship to parties, you have two address right?
how system should raise the same deliery document to all ship to parties, it split definately.
what do you want to do exactly, i am not clear.

You mean there is different ship to party in 4th line item with tick mark? Have you entered this partner manually or sysem is determining it automatically? Are the item categories of all four items are same?

We taken referrence from the 2 quotations (Having same partner functions SP/SH)and created one S.O with the line items and changed the SH at header as per the process the SH change has to be applicable to all the line items
But the issue is for one line item the ItemPartner check box for SH got activated and the SH is not changing
Note: manual entries are not done any where either in Quotations or S.O.
Need to know the reason from where the Item Partner chack box got activated in the item level, As we know that- when we have done manual changes at item level then the check box get activated but we confirm that we not done any changes.

In order to check if any manual changes have been done w.r.t. SH of the 4th line item, then go to VA03, Environment > Changes
Check if indeed no changes have been done.
Your comment is correct that this field "Item Partners" is activated / ticked if manual changes are done.
Once manual changes are done, then the partner at item level wouldn't change, if there is a change done to the same partner at header level.
The other parts of your post are unclear!
e.g.

Please explain again, what is the issue - is it splitting of delivery? or field "item partners" getting ticked? or user unable to change the address of SH at header level in the sales order?
