ChaRM - Unit Testing

Hi,

My Landscape is   100(Dev)-> 200(Qlty) -> 300(Prod) . ChaRM works perfectly for this landscape.

Now I have one more client 110 in development system. All my unit testing happens in 110 Unit testing client.

Transport requests are created in 100 client. How can I copy the Transport requests to 110 client for performing unit test.

Manually I can use SCC1 for copying the transport request from 100 client to 110 client.I don't want to do it using SCC1 manually.

In ChaRM Urgent change process how can I handle this copying of  transport requests. Are there any actions available for handling this or any option in tasklist

Thanks. My only question is will I be able to copy the TRs from 100 to 110 client thorugh ChaRM.

Transports ( Workbench & Customizing) will be  always moved from 100 to 200. But 110 is an additional client for Unit Test, where Transports will be copied from 100 . The source client of all TRs will be 100 only.

Is there any way by which I can copy the TRs from 100 to 110. May be by some action or in Task. or some batch job.

Hi,

yes, import to other client done via standard import batch job, but either or the case your 110 client should be in TMS as target group.

Please refer the guide I mentioned above.

Else, you can proceed for client copy.
