Handling Amendments in Approved RFC

Hi,

I am using ChaRM 7.1

I want to know what are the options for handling Amendment ( Any Changes after RFC approved) ?

Example:

Suppose my urgent change is in 'To Be Tested' status. It means currently change is in Quality system. Now I want to make change in RFC details ( It could be Reason for change or Categories or Attachments etc). I can not directly go & edit the RFC, as the RFC is approved initially based on the details entered in RFC.

If I make any changes in Approved RFC, in reality it should again trigger the Approval process.

Note: I can not use Extend scope as that option is for extending scope & not for handling any changes in RFC.

Any pointers how to handle Amendments in Approved RFC.

Hi,

you can open up the already approved RFC by using the action APP_PROC_TBA, which set the status back to "To be Approved" ..
