Hello experts,
I’m trying to export a report’s data to excel file using alv’s export-spread sheet Function.
But I fail to export data to excel file because SAP GUI don’t execute excel 2007.
My SAP GUI and OS information is below.
Gui File Version : 7200.3.14.1076
Patch level : 14
OS : Windows 7 Professional 6.1 (7601)(64 bit)
How can I fix it?

Hello Experts,
I'm trying to export from a FBL3N report into Excel 2013 using export spread sheet function (note 2 and 3 attached).
I'm getting an error saying "List object is too large to be exported" (note 4 attached).
Is there a setting to change / fix / enable larger reports to be exported, please?
Background:
In the past 491,059 lines could be exported to Excel 2010 using same reports, and only started as an issue with Excel 2013 since Sept'14 of last year.
Please note exporting to Text file would not be ideal for my financial reporting requirements, Excel spreadsheet is really only option, so hoping there is a fix for this exporting issue.

Dear
Execute a Report SALV_BS_ADMIN_MAINTAIN and go to User specific Settings for SAP GUI ALV and delete your user id or change the format.
Then you can change the desired format as per your choice

Hi Choi,
Your problem desription is not fully clear :
"But I fail to export data to excel file because SAP GUI don’t execute excel 2007."
What is happening exactly ? nothing ? Are you getting an empty spreasheet ?

Hi!
Which error are you getting? Which Basis release and package?
You may be hitting the issue described in SAP Note:
Note 972579 - XXL: In Office 2007 it's not possible to set range "DAT1"

Hugo
