Process to run transaction for denied party

Hi Experts,

Can you please suggest me how can I create a customer(Like Osama bin Laden) which needs to be blocked a document in GTS system for denied customer.

How can a customer like that and how can I run a process to test in GTS and ECC systems. The document should be blocked for denied customers.

Hi,

It's very simple, login in to SAP GTS system, Then go to SAP GTS Area menu--Sanctioned party list screening-Master data-Maintain sanctioned party lists then click on display SPL data button

Here you need to mention SPL legal regulation,list type (like SDNC,EUS etc) data provider(MKdenail) and then press F4 button to choose existing SPL number and then it will display existing SPL master data with those details.Change customer master in ECC with this address details then you will get SPL block in GTS system.

Can we see same customer(Osama Bin laden) in GTS ? If Yes how can we update with same address for customer in ECC and request you to guide to find out cusomers in ECC based on GTS external number(Business partner).

Hi KV,

If you have all relevant setups for SPL screening and if you just wanted to run a simple test.

You can follow the below steps.

1) Create an SPL master data manually in Transaction /SAPSLL/SPL_MD01.

    Make sure you have the name as Osama and provide anyother details you would need. You should be creating a sequence for each detail.

Make sure some part of the details are similar to the customer in ECC.

Generally these SPL masters are uploaded using XML file. In your case, as you just wanted to test a simple scenario. You can create the SPL master manually.

Note: Not necessary that the address or name you provide here should be 100% similar to the Customers in ECC.

Role of SPL is to match the Name and Address details and perform comparisons based on SPL settings in your system and then hit a match.

2) Once you create the SPL master in GTS. Now, create a Sales order in ECC with Ship to Party containing Name as "Osama".

You should be find a block placed on your document as part of SPL screening(Provided all your SPL settings are correct).

Try it and let us know the outcome.
