Need Urgent Help

Requirement is For Service Billing

Steps

Contract Creation ( For Total Lump sum Amount  say Rs 120000 ) ---------> Create Sales Order ( Automatic with Rs 10,000 = Rs 120000/12) with Periodic Amount with Approval ( Using status Profile ) -------> Billing.

Contract : Rs 120000 ( for 1 Year )

Sales Order : Rs 10000 ( Monthly Billing).Sales Order Creation should be automatic . Status Profile will Block the Sales Order .

Billing for Rs 10000 post approval of Sales Order .

Note : I know i can assign Periodic billing plan/ Milestone  in Contract , but I want to Create Sales Order and that also automatic for approval so that there is option of Changing the amount .

Instead of having milestone/periodic billing in contract, why don't you try to add the billing plan in sales order?

Every Sales Order created should go for approval , ie amount to be billed to be reviewed and only then to be billed

As mentioned before, the billing plan can be added in the sales order itself. You can make use of billing block functionality for reviewing amount to be billed/approval. You can do a testing for further understanding.
