Creating Billing Document for Customer (Debit memo request incorrect)

Hello,

I would like to create billing document for Customer however I got the following error log "The document is blocked for billing", is there any way to proceed the Debit memo request so that I can create Billing Document for Customer?

Hi,

I believe its wrong forum to post this query. There can be many reasons, because of which you cannot do billing;

May be you are using credit block, check in VKM3 and release the block

or if you are using milestone billing, you need to release milestone billing block by completing milestone from project side, etc etc.
