I have a node declared locally inside a view. Now to display an ALV in my view I have to map the node to the interface view controller. But as my node is not there inside component controller , am uanble to map it to the DATA field of the ALV component. Can we use ALV table display for a node which is declared locally in side a specific view ?
Hi,
Create a node in Component Controller level and by using external context mapping from Interface controller to Component Controller.

Hi,
As far as i know we can only map the component controller node to the ALV data. You can change the assignement of node from view controller to component controller and then map it to the alv node data. Right click on component controller context -> create using wizard ->copy nodes of differnt controller->give the view node and choose the node which you have created and copy it. Then go the view controller and choose define mapping for the view context node to that of component controller created.
Hope this helps you.
