SAP Basis career path Options

Can anyone tell me, what are the SAP Basis career path options available in future for a Basis/NetWeaver Administrator?

Hi Rajkumar,

Since you have experience in Basis & OR NetWeaver, try to explore about SAP Security and GRC. GRC is high in demand as more companies understand the requirement of achieving Compliance and managing Risks.

By seeing your message, it seems you dont have experience in SAP Basis but you want to make it a career, is it right?

If so, then here are the possible options to make career in SAP Basis:

1. Start with SAP Basis and HANA and then go more in SAP Architecture and Performance

2. Other possibility to go more in the management of SAP System Administration, if you like more management

Yes, "Security" is one of the field where every SAP Basis Administrator must have experience in it.
