What are the necessary steps/setting needed to reflect the Safety Stock quantities in APO to R3 (MD04)? Integration model for stocks were already active, and even forecast requisitions were reflected correctly in R3 so it must be an missing setting that preventing the CIF of safety stocks quantity to R3.

Thanks for your response

Lon

Hi Lon,

I agree with James on this, there is nothing standard to achieve your requirement, though you can check for custom route for this, if you can't avoid this.

Hii Lon,

what are the Stock category you have selected in IM of stocks. And for which  procurement type of Material you are checking ( procuring/ in house production )

Normally if it in house production then check mark for storage location stock.

If you are procuring then check mark for transit stock.

If stock is going to consider for vendor/customer then put check mark for Vendoe Spec stock/cust spec stock respectively..

Check those things, and let me know. If u still get inconsistency in ECC then run Reconciliation report and check whether any differences in content is there, if yes rectify them.

Hi Lon,

There is no standard integration for safety stock between APO and ECC. You will have to take the APO numbers and put them in the product master data in ECC, either manually or via an intermediary table.

Sorry, no automatic process for this one.

Thanks,

J.
