Shopping cart is in 'Awaiting approval status' but cart is not avaliable to anyone.

Hi All,

When cart is partially rejected by the approver it went back to originator(requestor). requestor accepted the change after that cart is awaiting approval status and it is not available to any one for further approval.

As we are using n level Approval shopping cart n-level BADI (WS14000133). and agents are determined in BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI.

When I see the workflow log for full rejected case, approval n-level BADI (WS 140000133) workflow is triggered again and went to next approver and worked fine. But partially rejection is failed.

It is an urgent requiremetn please provide your inputs to find the issue asap .

Hi,

You need to check the workflow log in detail (SWI6). Check why it got stuck.

Post here the tecnical log then we can take a look.
