I wanted know weather REFX support to Classical TDS in Lease in Process or I have to configure EWT to post TDS in new REFX.

Real Estate Management only supports Extended Withholding Tax since
mySAP ERP 2005. For further information about that please have a look
at the note 517673 and 771098.
