Incident management

Hello experts, we actually are implementing Incident management scenario into our Solution Manager 7.1 we followed a guide called "Application Incident Management - Configuration and Upgrade Guide for Service Provider / SAP Channel Partner (VAR)" (I can't give you the link cause I forgot it)

And we're ready to test the incident management functionality

We are on this screen, but we are not able to select a system or a lclient or a configuration item, what could be the problem?

Additionally when I try to choose a configuration Item I see this

Hi

the only issue here is the BP 157

goto your 157 ---in BP(tcode) shown in the screen

now click identification tab

here make sure you have the entreis for the system you want to create message for

you can use tcode BP_GEN for generating the BP or updating their BP with system details in bulk

this will resolve issue

In addition you can generate this entries using report I_SDK_SP_GENERATE_BP_V2

Have you made any entries in Table BCOS_CUST?

Have you applied the patches for itsm that have been released since 01.01.2013?
