The upgrade account button in settings only seems to take you to http://www54.sap.com/solutions/analytics/business-intelligence/software/streamwork/overview/index.html There are no options for upgrading there. I couldn't find StreamWork in the store either. I wanted to try integrating StreamWork with Business Objects and I am assuming that a Basic account won't allow that.
Can't get past step 1 in the guide because I don't have the Admin tab.

On the page you mentioned there is a section (if you scroll down) called 'We can help'.
This contains the following options:
- a contact phone number
- Call Me Now
- Chat Now
- Contact Us
If you dont' want to use these you can proivde me with contact details (e-mail and phone number) and I can arrange for someone to contact you.
