Can someone explain, what are the activities of Go-live, w.r.to PI.

1)First you need to create a task for each and every interface befre go live, that task should be authorized from CutOver team who send a notifictaion to check interface readiness .i.e all interface developments are tranposrted to productrion and configurtaions maintained correctly.
2)Performing a smoke test: Some cases other teams wannt to perform smoke before go live, it gauratees that all interfaces working. So here bussines has to involve to send real busines strasaction data , this is optional but can be done before go live.
3)Checking connectivty to all systems : You need to validate all PI connectivty points and make sure that everything working .
4)Once System Go Live happens then routine PI monitoring activities....
