Report s_alr_87013558 is not updated after running CJBN

Dear Experts

In our  system , inconsistencies of actual availability of budget between CJ30 and Report S_ALR_87013558 . for that we are running transaction CJBN for reconstruction of availability , but its only updating assigned value of cj30 . there is no effect on available value of report s_alr_87013558.

That means report S_ALR_87013558 is showing wrong availability of budget.

Hi,

Did you check the budget tables as well and confirm?

Also did you run CJEN after you ran CJBN. Try doing it. Might help.

Hi Yadav,

CJBN reconstructs the availability controls of the projects.

CJEN reconstructs the projects information database.

It happens and differs because of the inconsistency in updation of data at the table level. This is pretty common and happens with most of us.

To rectify this SAP has provided a standard tcode, CJEN which synchronizes the data.

You can note the 2 transaction CJBN and CJEN. Who knows these might be useful once again when you face such an issue.
