Relationship icon to view idocs is inactive on my sales order

Hi Experts,

The relationship icon to view idocs is grayed out on the sales order display screen. When I am trying to activate it by saving the parameter in maintain user own data through SU3, I am getting error that Parameter ID SD_SWU_ACTIVE does not exist. When I ran the transaction SU53  I am getting the message authorization check ‘s successful. Please let me know how to activate the relationship icon on my sales order screen.

Parameter ID SD_SWU_ACTIVE does not exist

This error clearly indicates that service for object is not active in your sales order.

Please refer following SCN Wiki, that will guide you how to activate service for object for desired/relevant sales doc type like in sales order:

- Attachments to Sales documents
