Approval process: Document updated - SRM Mails

Hi All,

I am getting below mails  , while submitting a shopping cart with link attached.

I want to stop the mails trigerring at the time of submit of a shopping cart.

The content of the mail as follows,

Subject: Approval process: Document updated

Approval process: Document updated

The following messages have been triggered by the system:

You can view the document directly. Choose the following link:

Login

Four to Five mails getting generated for a shopping cart.

Kindly help me stop these mails

We had the same issue. We applied following to resolve this issue:

Note 1756078 - Event APPROVAL_PROCESS_DOC_UPDATED wrongly triggered

Hi Sushil,

Could you pleae let me know, whether we need to Unmark the checkbox "Changes to Application Object" , before implementing the note?

In my system, i have removed all the lines for cart as we don't need any of these standard emails.

In your case, Yes you can unmark checkboxes for notifications you dont need.

Hi Venkatesh,

Could you please provide details on which Version of SRM you are using? What type of Workflow you have if you are on SRM 7.0?; These Notification are mostly triggered via workflow job so i would recommend you to check if your workflow such kind of setting to trigger notification.
