Dear All,
We are using PI 7.3, The J2EE_Admin user is created as Dialog user.
The user is getting locked frequently, not sure what is the issue?
I am not sure where all these user is being used. could anyone please let me know where all these J2EE_ADMIN user will be used, so that i can check if the correct password is used.
Also, please let me know if there any other way to solve this issue.
Apperciate your Help.
Thanks,
Hemanth.
Hi,
>>>>The user is getting locked frequently, not sure what is the issue?
probably it's being used somewhere
but it's not a service user for PI so there are no standard places for it I guess....
I'd check all places where standard service users are stored (exchange profile, etc.)
destinations from other systems... depending on the landscape you have
you should see something in PI logs too (default trace) or you can use XPI inspector to run an auth trace,
